The coloured diamond is too distracting and I do not think the sharp lines fit with the serif font and decoration.The top right logo is starting to develop and work better, I like the decoration on the side (it is a captial E in Edwardian Script ITC repeated 90 degrees, 4 times)
Or maybe I should just have something as simple as my initials? Does not detract from my name....
